The guides have been written and approved by NHS clinicians and tested by people who use our services and their carers. The guides have been produced to help you think about certain elements of your wellbeing but they are not intended to be a substitute for a discussion with a healthcare professional such as a GP. You are still encouraged to seek further help and advice should you need it.
