I’m not sure about phone appointments
We have had lots of positive feedback about using therapy this way, so would recommend you to give it a try. We are still providing 1:1 therapy sessions with your allocated therapist, they are not done in a group and it is a real person! These appointments can be really flexible, so you can do them around your other commitments at home and if you are isolating. We are currently in the process of exploring alternative ways of providing digital therapies and how to update the website with these very soon.
We are actively looking at online platforms for therapy and groups with a view to starting these as soon as possible.
